Seth Zhang is a professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering. He has completed numerous due diligence investigations for commercial and industrial property transitions. He is well versed in geotechnical investigations, Phase One & Two Environmental Site Assessment studies for the commercial and industrial properties. He is also familiar with the Conservation Authorities application process and successfully assisted clients completing applications.

Kevin Wu is a Business Account Manager at TD Bank. He has been working in the Canadian banking industry for 10 years. He is a problem solver and solution finder. During his past experiences in business banking, he helped many entrepreneurs realize their dream to be the business owner and closed their business mortgage deals. As the account manager, he specialises in all kinds of credit structure including government guarantee loan, commercial/business mortgages, business line of credit, business visa etc.
